The title would have said "Cups" since there is two in this picture. 
I drew two Rick and Morty ones and it dawn on me that I never drawn Gravity Falls ones and I love that show. 
First cup (left) is the Mystery Pines twins, Dipper and Mabel. Dipper holding Journal 3 and Mabel with her GRAPPLING HOOK!!! Behind them is Bill Cipher and he is always watching them. 
Second cup (right) is the Bill Cipher with the many symbols around it and if you seen the "Weirdmageddon" episode and you know which character for each matching symbol.
